The Cyclops is a character who appears in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie. He acts as a minor antagonist for the film and captures SpongeBob and Patrick to take them back to Shell City.
Appearance[]
He wears a hardhat diving suit with a green eyehole. His helmet is bronze colored and the rest of the diving suit is light tan colored.
Role[]
He acts as a minor antagonist and saves SpongeBob and Patrick from Dennis who was going to step on them under Plankton's orders. Coincidentally and ironically, the Cyclops steps on Dennis and then proceeds to capture the two and takes them to Shell City, a knick-knack store. He is defeated when SpongeBob and Patrick are being dried up and they sing the Goofy Goober song, where their tears cause the desklamp to short out and cause the sprinklers to go off. This resurrects all of the other sea creatures and they proceed to attack to Cyclops while SpongeBob and Patrick escape with Neptune's Crown.
