Larry the Lobster is a recurring character in SpongeBob SquarePants. His first appearance was in the episode "Ripped Pants." His first line was "Do you guys want to lift some weights?" Larry, as his name suggests, is a lobster.
Larry usaully likes to hang out at Goo Lagoon where he is a lifeguard, with some other characters like Don the Whale, Sandy, SpongeBob, etc. Larry is usally fairly nice to other fishes he comes into contact with. His scarce, minor appearances are a running joke on the show.
