Friend, also known as No-Name, is a rare blue jellyfish, which SpongeBob has always been trying to catch. He was only shown in the episode "Jellyfish Hunter", where he helped SpongeBob stop Mr. Krabs scheme to make the "Jelly Patty" more popular. He is the only known jellyfish in the series that can actually talk, as he made buzzing noise and it was translated as to "Bring it on." At the time, he was the only jellyfish that SpongeBob wasn't able to catch, but near the end of the episode, he became friendly to SpongeBob, and was finally given a name.
